Cathead Biscuits:

1 Cup of White Lily Self-Rising Flour

2 Tablespoons of Blue Plate Regular Mayonnaise

1/2 Cup Mayfield Whole Buttermilk

Make a well in the middle of the flour for the mayonnaise and the Buttermilk then mix ingredient together.

Use your floured hands to make a ball and then use your knuckles to press the biscuit down lightly in the pan.

Secret: Make sure they touch each other in the pan so they rise:)

Preheat the Oven and Bake at 400 degrees for 12-18 minutes. This recipe makes four large Cathead Biscuits.
