Cindy is Awesome!I have sold a few houses with Cindy. Her follow up is second to none. She handled every aspect of each sale including many efforts that were well beyond the scope of her engagement (often scheduling & meeting home vendors at the house to insure various punchout items were handled). I have owned many homes over the years, and by far Cindy is the best real estate professional I have ever worked with. Her dedication sets a new bar - if I could give more than 5 stars I would gladly do so.My situation was unique in that I had taken a transfer opportunity with my company and moved to Dubai. My wife and son were to follow once our house was sold. Unfortunately, some issues were discovered with the septic system, which ultimately required an engineered solution. My wife was working full time at a job where she didn't have flexibility, and I was half a world away with a 9 hour time difference.Cindy, without hesitation, stepped in and acted as my proxy - on her own initiative. She met with the contractors, the county, and the city numerous times in order to manage the project, which unfolded over a period of months. To say that she went above and beyond doesn't come close to expressing what she did for us. Professional and highly effective. Easy to work with. I was having a difficult time trying to find an agent to sell my land lot which did not worth a lot.
